The Master's program aims to provide skills in general sexology and the healthy and pathological aspects of
sexual behavior. It also aims to equip participants with the cognitive and relational tools necessary to conduct consultations, correctly interpret sexological inquieries, and plan therapeutic interventions.

The Master's program is structured as a combination of theoretical instruction and practical–applied training.
Teaching activities are scheduled over weekends, typically on Fridays and Saturdays, with a frequency of one weekend per month. The program includes lectures, practical sessions (featuring the presentation of sexological tools and techniques, role-playing, and case studies), and experiential workshops. These workshops are designed to guide participants in the exploration of their personal history and the emotional experiences related to sexuality, in all its forms and expressions.
During the first year, participants will be invited to take part in the Sexual Attitude Reassessment (SAR), a two-day experiential workshop that is considered a fundamental component of sexology training programs in the United States.
In the final phase of the program, participants will engage in clinical case supervision sessions, during which they will present and discuss cases from their own professional experience.
The educational path is further enriched by individual study, based on reading materials provided by the faculty, a mandatory internship (200 hours), and the preparation of a final thesis on a topic chosen by the student in agreement with the Program Director.

Sono molto soddisfatto del percorso offerto dal Master. Credo sia un esempio di come il termine ‘interdisciplinarietà’ non sia solo uno slogan. Infatti, vengono proposti punti di vista da diverse discipline e si riesce a farle dialogare arrivando così a proporre un quadro esaustivo su una tematica complessa come la sessualità umana. Non mi sarei mai aspettato, a 46 anni, di conoscere cose di cui non avevo mai sentito parlare!
Personalmente, sono contento di essere riuscito a inserire le competenze apprese nella mia pratica professionale di psicoterapeuta e delle conoscenze e amicizie fatte. Faccio un plauso al Professor Prunas non solo per la competenza in materia ma anche per l’ottima capacità organizzativa.
Un’esperienza davvero unica che mi ha permesso di aggiornare le mie conoscenze e competenze su un tema così importante e in continua evoluzione, sul quale è fondamentale, come psicoterapeuta, essere in grado di effettuare una esplorazione e una consulenza efficace, rispettosa, inclusiva, libera da pregiudizi e fondata su dati scientifici. La possibilità di incontrare dei grandi esperti italiani e internazionali e di condividere l’esperienza con un bellissimo grande gruppo di colleghi e di professionisti di altre discipline ha reso questo Master uno dei migliori investimenti che potessi fare per la mia professione.

Il Master in Tourism Strategy and Management fin dalla prima edizione, è stato progettato e realizzato in collaborazione con F.T.O. The Master’s program aims to train professionals capable of independently managing all aspects related to social responsibility and sustainability within companies, public administration, and the non-profit sector.
Thanks to a strongly multidisciplinary approach, participants will develop the ability to navigate various social responsibility management strategies and to independently implement the legal, administrative, and accounting procedures currently required by law or made indispensable by ethical considerations and the expectations of consumers and stakeholders, particularly in internationalization processes.
The training need in this subject stems from the requirement for companies and organizations to develop the capacity to manage a variety of procedures recently introduced at the global, European Union, and national levels, which are currently not covered by traditional university curricula.
The very nature of these procedures (due diligence plans; environmental and social impact assessments; supply chain control systems; preparation of accounting documents containing non-financial information, etc.) necessitates a teaching approach strongly characterized by the collaboration of academic faculty with high-level experts and professionals from regulatory bodies and businesses.
This course has adopted this approach and further enriches the learning path by offering seminars aimed at developing so-called soft skills; support for project work activities; and participation in company internships.
Upon completion of the Master’s program, participants—being experts in sustainability and social responsibility topics—will be qualified to manage these issues within professional and consulting firms, in various organizational departments of private companies and public entities, or to independently formulate the CSR policy of an organization, or even to establish and lead an autonomous department dedicated to managing related matters.

Il corso intende fornire un'ampia rassegna della strumentazione critica offerta dalle scienze umane contemporanee, dall'antropologia alla sociologia, dalla teoria della storia all'economia politica, dalla psiconalisi alla filosofia, dai gender studies ai postcolonial studies. L'obiettivo fondamentale è quello di formare uno sguardo capace di cogliere i nessi profondi della crisi contemporanea attraverso un'apertura ad un sapere interdisciplinare ed ad un'attitudine che sappia valorizzare la grande tradizione della critica della società.
Le competenze fornite nel corso possono risultare fondamentali come formazione e completamento per l'attività in ruoli politici e sindacali di vario livello, nelle realtà associazionali e nel settore no‐profit, nonché come integrazione della preparazione all'attività giornalistica nelle specializzazioni più legate all'analisi politico‐sociale. Il corso costituisce anche un valido aggiornamento per l'attività di insegnamento nelle scuole superiori e più in generale per tutte le professioni pedagogiche.

La Medicina dei trapianti d’organo rappresenta una delle principali conquiste della medicina moderna e risulta essere l’unico approccio curativo per un numero crescente di condizioni cliniche che portano alla insufficienza acuta o cronica d'organo. Il successo di questa terapia ha portato ad un costante incremento del numero di trapianti effettuati, ma anche al concomitante incremento delle lista d’attesa, stimolando la ricerca di innovazioni biologiche e chirurgiche atte ad aumentare la disponibilità di organi ed ottimizzare i risultati.
La Medicina del trapianto richiede conoscenze altamente specifiche, venendosi sempre di più a configurare come una branca a sé. Infatti i medici coinvolti nei Centri Trapianto devono:

Poichè la validità scientifica di uno studio clinico dipende dalla correttezza metodologica del protocollo, dal rispetto delle procedure in esso descritte e dalla qualità dei dati sui quali si basa l'analisi dei risultati, la figura del Data Manager è una figura professionale sempre più richiesta da tutte le aziende, sia pubbliche che private, attive nella pianificazione, conduzione e valutazione della ricerca clinica. Questa figura professionale è esempio indispensabile per svolgere tutte quelle attività inerenti la gestione dei dati clinici e dei documenti che, nel corso di uno studio clinico, gli sperimentatori, i comitati etici, l'azienda sponsor, le eventuali CRO e i centri di elaborazione dati debbono predisporre.

The Clinical Research Data Manager is a key figure in the planning and conduct of clinical research studies. Their expertise applies to both commercial (Profit) and non-commercial (Non-Profit) research.
This professional role is responsible for managing and coordinating clinical studies, usually at the investigative site. The CRC assists researchers and study staff in planning, organizing, and supervising activities related to clinical studies, while ensuring coordination of activities and maintaining communication with Monitors and Sponsors. Responsibilities include managing study documents, recruiting and managing participants, handling data at the clinical investigative site, communicating with various stakeholders, and monitoring study progress to ensure that all procedures are conducted in compliance with protocols and applicable regulations.
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA), also known as Monitor, is responsible for overseeing clinical studies to ensure they are conducted in compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations. This role includes verifying data collection, monitoring ethical and regulatory compliance, and supporting research sites participating in the study to resolve any operational issues. Typically, the CRA works on behalf of the clinical trial sponsor, whether profit or non-profit (e.g., pharmaceutical companies, CROs, non-profit organizations, etc.).
The Master’s program provides the theoretical training required by the decree of November 15, 2011 (known as the CRO decree), as well as the foundational knowledge necessary for this professional activity. However, the practical monitoring experience—mentored alongside an experienced Monitor at clinical research sites—is essential for CRA certification. This hands-on training depends on the host organization where the student undertakes their internship and is rarely guaranteed.
The Clinical Data Manager (CDM) is responsible for the collection and management of data derived from clinical studies and ensures data quality and integrity. This role involves creating and maintaining clinical databases, verifying data quality and integrity, and managing data cleaning and validation processes. The CDM works closely with other members of the research team to ensure that the collected data are accurate, complete, and suitable for statistical analysis and the presentation of research results.
The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) is the professional responsible for supporting the Monitor and Project Manager in managing the bureaucratic and documental aspects of a clinical study, in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current regulations.
The role of the Start-Up Specialist, on the other hand, focuses on managing regulatory and authorization processes necessary for the initiation and conduct of a clinical study.
The "Operational Aspects" module of the Master, together with seminars on the practical use of the European Medicines Agency’s (EMA) Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS) platform, enables students to acquire basic regulatory and compliance skills required for entry-level positions in this field.
