Registration is now open for the Bicocca Academy Executive Course "Strategies and practices of advocacy and participation of minors: the role of the Child Safeguarding Officer", directed by Prof. Elisabetta Biffi, a high-level training course dedicated to the protection and promotion of children's rights in public and private organizational contexts.
The course, lasting 40 hours, will take place from October 3 to November 8, 2025 and aims to train professionals capable of designing, implementing and monitoring Child Safeguarding systems. At European and international level, these strategies are now essential to access funding and enhance Third Sector Entities. In Italy, however, the role of the Child Safeguarding Officer is still not widespread, making this training a valuable opportunity to acquire specific skills and respond to an increasingly relevant need.
Created in collaboration with SOS Villaggi dei Bambini, an organization that has been active for over 60 years in the protection of minors without adequate care. Present in 136 countries, it supports thousands of children and families in difficulty, promoting their rights and developing advocacy strategies at a global level.
